What are the delivery charges for orders?

Skye & Lach provide EXPRESS shipping on all domestic purchases at a rate of AUD $7.95.

International shipping is a flat rate of AUD24.00 to all international destinations.

Do the sunglasses have UV protection?

All Skye & Lach sunglasses come with tags attached stating the lens category and the level of UV protection. Currently all of our glasses are Cat.3 which provides a very good level of UV protection.

How do I take care of my shades?

We strongly recommend you make the effort to look after your Skye & Lach sunglasses. Whilst we make sure the quality is of a very high standard, sunglasses are fragile and need to be looked after very carefully.

  • Never wear your sunnies on the top of your head. This will stretch the temples and they will become loose.
  • Try not to wear your glasses in the pool and be very careful around water. Some of the lenses have a reflective coating which can get damaged around water.
  • Avoid leaving your glasses in extreme heat conditions such as a hot car.
  • When not wearing your sunglasses please store them in the case and pouch provided and avoid cleaning them with anything other than a microfibre cleaning cloth.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders through Australia Post. This can take 3-5 business days to be received. If you choose express shipping you will receive your order within 1-2 business days.

International orders can take 3-10 business days to be received.

Do you have stockists so I can try on the glasses anywhere?

Currently we are looking for suitable retailers wishing to stock our label. We will provide a full list of our retail partners in the very near future. 

So the short answer is no we do not have any physical stores selling our brand at present, however, we are very reasonable girls so if you have an issue with buying before you try, send us an email and we would be happy to work something out!

What are the exchange/refund options?

Sunglasses don’t suit and you wish to exchange for a different pair? No problem. Just send us an email within 3 days of receiving your product and we will instruct you what to do.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
