We want you to truly love your purchase with Skye + Lach however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we offer free and easy returns and a full refund. 

Domestic Returns - Within 7 days of order being received. Please contact our Returns Centre to commence your return process.

Please note all returns must be in original, brand new condition with all tags still attached. Items cannot be refunded if the product is not in the brand new condition it was sent in with all cases and tags attached.

BUNDLES: If you need to return any product bought in a bundle, the price of the product will be adjusted to reflect the purchase of each item individually.  We can either refund you or offer a credit note for the item.

Please make sure the product has not been worn and all tags are still attached. Goods must be received in the same condition as they were sent for the refund to be approved.

We will of course offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if you receive your purchase and the product is faulty.

EOFY SALES : Any products bought as part of our EOFY SALE will not be able to be returned or refunded. All Sales are final unless deemed faulty to which S+L will send a replacement product. Exchanges may be possible, please email within 7days of item being received. 

BOGO FREE Promotions: Any products purchased with BOGO free will need to return both pairs for a full refund. You can exchange either of the 2 pairs however additional shipping costs may be applicable.

International Returns - Please email us to and we will instruct you on the returns process. Please note: we offer full refunds for international orders for product deemed not suitable, however, we do not cover the return shipping costs associated with international shipping.
