Please note all returns must be in original, brand new condition with all tags still attached. Items cannot be refunded if the product is not in the brand new condition it was sent in with all cases and tags attached.
BUNDLES:If you need to return any product bought in a bundle, the price of the product will be adjusted to reflect the purchase of each item individually. We can either refund you or offer a credit note for the item.
Please make sure the product has not been worn and all tags are still attached. Goods must be received in the same condition as they were sent for the refund to be approved.
We will of course offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if you receive your purchase and the product is faulty.

International Returns- Please email us to email@example.com and we will instruct you on the returns process. Please note: we offer full refunds for international orders for product deemed not suitable, however, we do not cover the return shipping costs associated with international shipping.
